You have the right to voice or submit a written complaint concerning the quality of care, treatments received or discontinued, or your ability to exercise your rights as a patient. Privacy Complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the hospital or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.
